Discovery Sessions & Onboarding Clients

When you’re doing something very specific, tailor your intake.
Example for my mentoring intake: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/MZ8DPZB

Otherwise, keep the Discovery Session Intake VERY, VERY SIMPLE.

Give them the OPTION to complete the questions OR NOT – some people aren’t writers, some are verbal processors, some don’t want to have to think about a lot of things yet.  Know that just them reading the questions gets their brains into background thinking mode.

Here’s a snippet from email you can send:

Getting Started…
——————————————

OPTIONAL:
Here are some question to think about that can help structure our first conversation.  They are optional, so use them as best suits you!

1. What are your 3 biggest challenges?
2. What would life be like if all of them were resolved?
3. What would life be like if none of them were resolved?
4. What’s keeping you from doing this on your own?
ANOTHER VERSION:
Here are some question you might think about that can help structure our first conversation.  They are optional, so use them as best suits you!

1. What are the 3 biggest changes you want in your life?
2. What would life be like if all of them were realized?
3. What would life be like if none of them are ever realized?
4. What’s getting in the way of you realizing these changes?
